WHY CONSIGN?
Consigning is a great way to help you downsize, free-up space, and bring in extra cash! It offers you a safe and convenient alternative to selling items yourself.
HOW TO CONSIGN?
It’s Easy! Just call us at 207-682-0122 to set up a time to bring your small items in or email a photo of larger items to info@thechickadeeflea.com to see if they are what we are looking for. We are now accepting quality furniture and home décor, clean and in good repair. The consignor is responsible for bringing all items to the store. Please remember that our customers’ preferences must be our selection guidelines. We base our prices on supply and demand and will get the best possible prices for you! Some of the items we are unable to accept are mattresses, appliances, electronics, baby furniture, clothing and recliners.
Consignors receive 50% of the final selling price of items brought in. We will display your items for 90 days after they are placed in the showroom. The selling price will be reduced by 10% after the first month, and another 10% after 2 months. If the item has not sold after 90 days you will have 7 days to pick them up or we can donate the items for you. Checks for sold merchandise will be mailed by the 10th of the month for the previous months’ sales.
